Enjoy a complimentary breakfast while our team hosts a brief, informative session on alternative healthcare funding strategies and the healthcare purchasing continuum. We’ll explain how employers move beyond fully-insured plans and how options like level-funding, self-funding, and captives can support a long-term cost and risk strategy.
We will cover the following topics during the session:
Why renewals continue to rise even in good claims years
How self-funding, captives, and coalition models actually work (in plain English)
When an employer is — and is not — a good fit for alternative funding
How these strategies affect budgeting, cash flow, and long-term cost predictability
What level of risk protection exists for employers considering these approaches
